This is primarily a bug fix release, but big bugs, and one nice feature.

Bugfixes:

Errant debugging code in the visitor detection section that used 'header' mode sometimes when other modes were selected.
Fix bug in creation of browscap-lite.ini that made all visitors bots.
Does not incorrectly always turn on multi user mode.

New features/Changes:

Completion of 'jscookie' header mode.

this is very good! How do i update? replace all the files and then just refresh browser?

Will my current stats be wiped? I currently use 0.4b or something like that :p
